Hi,

 

 

 

After angular version update component in edit  template throws error of "Multiple components match node with tagname..."

 

When we click a row to open edit form we see this error in console.

ERROR Error: Multiple components match node with tagname x-component

Hi Serdar,

From the provided information we aren't sure what is the reason for the demonstrated error. Most probably the error is caused due to the usage of outdated versions of the Kendo packages. Could I ask you to update the versions to their latest in the package json file. You can see the following article that demonstrates how to update all Kendo UI for Angular packages to their latest versions:

Afterwards, please remove the node_modules folder and any existing package-lock.json file and reinstall the modules. Please check that suggestion and let us know in case the issue persists. If it does, please provide some more relevant details about the use-case scenario supported with some code snippets so that we can reproduce the error on our side. Thank you.
