Hello
Is there anyway to adjust the panels that are not " bringto view" transparency?
I'm trying to display one panel at a time, when the user navigates left or right the panel will appear accordingly.
Any thoughts?

Generally, you can set ItemsPerPage property of RadCarouselPanel to '1'. Nevertheless, you can customize the properties in each item position using the corresponding collections (like OpacityStops, ScaleStops, etc). Please take a look at the RadCarouselPanel example in our demos (you can check out the definition of RadCarouselPanel in xaml).
