Hi,

I had a page that uses radmenu and it works just fine with the metro theme. As soon as I add a RadSpreadsheet control to my form then the styling of the menu goes haywire (colour is different, text is black instead of white), remove the spreadsheet control and all is back to normal again. What could cause this?

Hello Al,

As the answer could be useful for someone else, we will answer the question in this thread as well.

Spreadsheet control is rendered only in lightweight render mode. It imports also RadMenu, that is rendered in the same render mode. If the RadMenu that you added to the same page is in classic render mode, there cause conflicts between two styles.

The solution is to set the RenderMode property of the menu to Lightweight.

Magdalena
