You seem to have mentioned in a few other places that the controls need to be added manually in the express editions, however there is no indication of how to do this. I've tried right clicking on the toolbox and selecting 'Choose Items...' but this does not show any relevent items in the .NET tab. I have also had no luck when trying to look elsewhere for instructions on how to do this. Given that I appear to be only one of a group of people trying to use your products in VS.NET express editions perhaps you could give more detailed instructions as to how to do this?
