add Telerik Webform and select master

How can I add a web form using the telerik scenarios wizard and still select a master page. I realize I can add RadStyleSheetManager, RadScriptManager, and  RadAjaxManager after I create the page, but that seems like a step that should be handled automatically.

Am I missing something obvious?

Hello Marty,

Are you referring to the smart tag of the controls where you have the options to add a RadScriptManager, RadAjaxManager and RadStyleSheetManager? If this is the case then their behavior is by design - they work with the current page as this is also the focus of the developer's attention. A hypothetical master page could already contain such controls or their equivalents, but this is out of the scope of the smart tag of a single control.
