Add Grouping menu item not visible

How do you add a group when the menu option is not available?

Hi dtrumbower,

We are not sure where the problem is, nor how to address your question. The menu option should always be available if you click in the yellowish report area (outside the report sections). For example, if you right-click in the Detail section, the option will not be available.

If you are seeing different behavior, please provide us with the exact steps to reproduce the issue. Once we confirm the improper behavior we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.
