not sure if you need sample code, but effectively, tis is what is happening. I have adaptive rendering turned on. using a real phone LG G2 and htc ??, i forget, but they both behave the same. Both using chrome browsers.
double tap on open scheduler to create a new event. screen does slide to show new event input. I click into "title" in order to enter the event name. as soon as the virtual keypad is displayed, UI slides back to scheduler view. Cancelling the new event so to speak.
this does not happen when select "all day" or clicking "never" to make recurring. Only the text entries of title and description cause widget to reset.
any ideas?

I am afraid that I was unable to replicate such an issue. Could you test the same scenario, using our online demo:
http://demos.telerik.com/kendo-ui/scheduler/index
If the problem does not persist, I would like to ask you to isolate your implementation in a dojo example and provide us with it, so we could replicate the issue locally.

that link you provided is not the adaptive rendered demo. However, i went to the dojo site from my other current post regarding "pdf" button. My phone correctly entered in the title and description.
i will review my code to determine the cause and will post back for future reference.
original post failed, text lost. so short version: link above is non-adaptive demo. went to dojo site from my other open forum question. phone behave good. reviewing my code and will post my findings.
Thank you for getting back to us.
As far as I understood you could find a working sample. If you have further questions please let us know.

As i made other updates, tweaks, refactorings, etc. this problem no longer appears. I must have cleaned up the error somewhere along the way. No action is necessary on telerik's part.
thanks!
