I addressed your concern in the private thread you opened earlier. That said, I will also share my response here, as it may help other customers who have the same question in the future.

In general, you should be able to use Telerik Reporting with a JetBrains IDE. However, there may be some limitations. For instance, you will not be able to use the Visual Studio item templates, which facilitate the seamless integration of the report viewer into your application. That said, you can still set it up locally. For example, this article explains how to integrate the HTML5 report viewer into a .NET application: Manual Setup of the HTML5 Report Viewer in Web Applications in the .NET Framework. The other report viewers also feature similar documentation articles.

Another feature unavailable in other editors is the Visual Studio Report Designer. However, there are modern alternatives that we typically recommend: the Standalone Report Designer and the Web Report Designer.
