the version on @progress/kendo-drawing jumped from 1.6 to 1.13.7 with no intermediate versions or dev versions.  Is that a legit release?

Hello Noah,

Thank you for reporting this issue. The release was not made intentionally and the content is identical to the  1.6.0 version.

We've updated the latest tag to point to v1.6.0 so it will take precedence over the "newer" version.

I've updated your Telerik points as a small token of gratitude.
