Hello Sebastien,
There is no out of the box auto-generating table of content in the first page of the report. You can use a List/Table item and Bookmark actions to create navigation to the needed place in the report. Other approach is illustrated in this demo - Product Catalog, which code can be found under C:\Program Files (x86)\Telerik\Reporting Q1 2013\Examples on your machine (for more details Document Map).
