I created the report using Telerik reporting and Object Data Source. The report is shown on Web using Telerik Report Viewer. It works fine from Visual Studio in IE. After deployment it works in Google Chrome, but does not work in IE 9 (version 9.0.8112). The Report Viewer shows error : Report is unavailable or session has expired
The cookies are enabled and the security level is low.

Hi Lily,

This is a pretty generic error and we have outlined the possible causes for it in the following KB article: Report is unavailable or session has expired error message.

All the best,

I read this articale but my case is not there. The report does not work only when I deploy it on my IIS server, it works on other machines.

Hello Lily,

The fact that the report does not work only when you deploy your project to your server does not mean that you do not fall in one of the listed cases. You state that it works correctly on Chrome (presumably FF and Safari as well) and it only fails on IE 9. Can you verify it happens if you open it from another machine, again with IE? What happens if you open our online demos? If the problem happens only with your deployed project, then there must be something specific. On your dev machine, you're using Cassini web server, try hosting your project on your local IIS and see if the problem persists. You can also check the IE settings and restore all advanced settings in IE and make sure it accepts cookies.

Greetings,
Steve
