Save and Load Grid Settings

Hi, I'm trying to use the code snippet found here to persist my grid current filter but it fail to serialize at all.

I get an InvalidDataContractException on type FilterDescriptorUnsetValue cannot be serialized.  I'm using a trial I downloaded 2 weeks ago for evaluation.

Is this a bug or am I missing something to make this work?  Also, any plan on supporting this feature built in the library at some point in the future?  We don't really want to maintaining it ourselves you see.

I'm still curious to know if layout and filter persistence is in the current planning of the team?

We do have such plans, but we are still considering the best possible approach for implementation and functionality of the feature. Unfortunately, we cannot specify any time frame so far.
