Hi,
Need to create excel like grid for quick data entry. It does have look up column & validaion. Do you have any sample or format which I can reference. I did use inline editable grid which works fine but is there a way to always keep the grid in editable mode for all columns, and ability to insert multiple records? I did create a way to add 5-10 rows for inserting but seems buggy and slow...

I think if you look into the following documentation article you should be able to find what you need:
Essentially this will help you set up your RadGrid to be in full edit mode when the RadGrid has been loaded, making it seem very Excel-like. From your description that should fit the requirements!
