3 repeated options for new project template in VS 2019 ?

I just installed the Telerik UI for ASP.Net Core VS extension and when I start a new project, I get 3 options of the same thing?

Thank you very much for sharing your feedback.

This is a known issue of our project templates in Visual Studio 2019 where we have three different entry points for the same project template.
