With IE9's "Disable script debugging" options unticked (e.g., debugging enabled), I'm getting "SCRIPT16385: Not implemented" and "SCRIPT5009: 'Telerik' is undefined" after upgrading to 2013.3.1114.40. I even did a small test site that only had one basic RadGrid and got the same errors (I tested on multiple IE9 workstations with the same results. So, from the same workstations/IE9 browsers I went to Telerik's demo site (http://demos.telerik.com/aspnet-ajax/) and was riddled with bunch of similar errors.

Is anyone else experiencing this? Any insight on this would be appreciated.

I'm experiencing a similar issue. I've submitted a support ticket, but have not yet heard back from Telerik.

Hello,

Those errors are usually related to a WebResource serving problem. Please check this blog post for troubleshooting tips. If you are still experiencing the issues, could you please provide a sample where those errors could be replicated and the needed steps. Additionally you could use a screen capture tool as Jing to record the steps that lead to the problem at hand.

I had seen that blog post and tried the solutions, but it did not solve the issues. You can repeat the errors by creating this Cloudshare VM: "SharePoint 2010 Enterprise SP1 W/ SQL 2012 and BI Stack", download and install the latest version of the ASP.NET controls, create a Telerik VB website project and open the default aspx page.
Thanks,
Stuart

We experience the same issue after upgrading to 2013.3.1114. Also at the demo site (http://demos.telerik.com/aspnet-ajax/) errors appear as soon as you arrive the page.
But for us it works on one machine, but not on another. Both are Win7 32-bit with IE9 (9.0.8112.16421). We haven't dived to deep into this (settings etc.), but one difference of the two is language versions of both OS and IE; english (works) and norwegian (fails).
All files are downloaded, so that's not the problem. And it works fine with all other browsers and newer versions.

Same here with IE9 and 2013.3.1114.40, Chrome and IE11 are good.
<add key="Telerik.Web.UI.RenderMode" value="Classic" />

I received notification on my support ticket and this was the reply from Telerik regarding the issue I was experiencing...

"After we investigated it we found that it is caused by a javascript code, which was added in the latest version. Its purpose is to detect the sound device on the client's machine, so the RadMediaPlayer control can work correctly. The issue is reproducible only on machines that does not have installed any sound device, similar to the Cloudshare's virtual machine. At the moment our developers are working on the problem and they will do their best to resolve it as soon as they can."
