Has anyone else seen a performance decline with 2008.3?  I've benchmarked 2008.3 vs 2008.2 in release mode and I am seeing that 2008.3 takes twice as long.  I've done tests with from 3-20 charts on a page and the results are always twice as long.  The processer load on the web server seems to also increase proportionally.  Any ideas?

Hello Mark Griebling,

We are unable to reproduce performance problems with the latest version of the control in our local tests. We have attached the sample application that we used for testing as well as the trace output with 2008.2 and 2008.3 control versions respectively.

Sincerely yours,

I have submitted a support ticket.  In it, I have narrowed the performance degradation to charts being added dynamically during an ajax update.   Please see support ticket 177483.
