After a long weekend of Windows Phone 7 related goodness (aka, sleepless nights of a-Ha! moments with the satisfaction of being several steps closer to being ready for the marketplace), we're back with another week, another Windows Phone 7 webinar in this current series, and some links and updated information as promised on the webinar last week.
Last Week
I had the fun job of presenting Using RadControls to Build Windows Phone 7 webinar last Thursday. The recorded version is now available online at Telerik TV:
Using RadControls to Build Windows Phone 7 on TelerikTV
As well as soon on SilverlightShow.net at their Webinars page:
http://www.silverlightshow.net/Webinars.aspx
I also promised people some links to names, faces, and things mentioned in the webinar. First up, the two devs on the WP7 team who you want to follow on Twitter and the Telerik Blogs are:
Georgi Atanasov - http://blogs.telerik.com/georgiatanasov/posts.aspx - @AtanasovG on Twitter
Valentin Stoychev - http://blogs.telerik.com/valentinstoychev/posts.aspx - @ValioStoychev on Twitter
Speaking of good resources for Windows Phone 7 development, I briefly demonstrated the Telerik WP7 MVVM demo examples (videos will start dropping tomorrow!), part of which is utilizing the MVVM Light Toolkit by Laurent Bugnion (@LBugnion on Twitter). I can't speak for everyone, but I think this tool is indispensable when working with WP7 MVVM development and encourage you all to use it in your applications:
With all that said, now we're going to move on to...
This Week
We've got two great things happening this week. As mentioned above, the MVVM demos for WP7 will start making their way out via Telerik TV as well as the blogs, discussing MVVM-related concerns as well as the use of the Telerik RadControls for Windows Phone 7 in MVVM-scenarios. Stay tuned to this blog for more on that.
Next up, we've got Mark Arteaga presenting the second in our series of WP7 webinars, Developing for the Third Screen - Windows Phone 7 (Wednesday, Feb 16th @ 10am EST). This webinar will give you a high level overview of the platform, the API available, and what you need to know to start developing for Windows Phone 7 today. Sign up here:

And don't forget, you can also sign up for Shawn Wildermuth presenting Consuming OData in Windows Phone 7 next week (Wednesday, Feb 23rd @ 10am EST)!
In Summary...
We have a lot of exciting things going on here at Telerik in regards to Windows Phone 7 as well as our Silverlight and WPF offerings, so stay tuned for some exciting news as the Q1 betas start to roll out and new controls, features, and functionality are explored further.
