• Decimal and integer type editors now use numerical editor on UWP.

• Chart is now rendered with default size when placed in RelativeLayout with no size request on iOS.
• NumericalAxis does not calculate double values for MajorStep if there are appropriate int values.
• Stacked BarSeries with DateTimeContinuousAxis now appear correctly on Android.
