• Support for observable collections as the Chart series source.

• The ChartSelectionBehavior.SelectionChanged event is not triggered if ChartSelectionBehavior is added after the control is loaded (Android).
• Palettes are not applied to PieSeries on Android.
• The ChartSelectionBehavior.SelectionChanged event is not triggered after changing palettes (iOS).
• There is a NullReferenceException when clearing the Chart.Behaviors collection (WindowsPhone)
• Pie slices are still selectable after removing the ChartSelectionBehavior (iOS).
• The palette is reset after adding a ChartSelectionBehavior (iOS).
