TeamPulse

GIT Source Control Integration

• Associate Git commits with TeamPulse work items;
• Update status of work items and log time in TeamPulse using Git commits
• Add per project configuration for visibility of source control integration.

REST API  Provide REST API for TeamPulse allowing data extraction from projects, project's iterations, areas, acceptance criteria, attachments, time entries & time entry types, activities, work item comments, teams  and all the data per projects.

Personas

Item management 

• Persona works in HTML interface. Enable/Disable Persona functionality per project with option to filter by. Upload custom image for persona;
• Create tasks from task templates in HTML interface. Create tasks template from an existing one;
• Preserve text in the comment when switching between tabs in an item;
• In the Board, items grouped by parent are allow to be sorted by any of the fields - not only by “Backlog Priority”;
• Add ability to filter items that you follow in a list and board view.

Usability Improvements


• Make it easier to related two items (2 clicks away);
• In the notification, there is a link to the item;
• Usability improvements for Relate window to make it clear the direction of the relationship;
• Shortcuts for "Save and Close", "Save and add another", "Cancel" for all dialogs;
• Implement fluid layout for the wide view of the item details page;
• Restyle organization of the actions to reduce the noise in the UI and make it more usable. Improve the filter visibility;
• Improve usability in project configuration when editing iteration in area tree.

Reports


• Show burndown by Team;
• Filtering by team in all the reports;
• Exclude Weekends from Burndown reports and Status History report.

Feedback portal

• Show the “Category” and “Scheduled for” in the notifications mails when the they are enabled for the feedback portal.

Fixes

• Text containing underscore is interpreted as markdown and displayed in italic;
• A number with leading decimal point is not considered valid;
• When a status is listed in more than one groups, the grid displays duplicate items;
• When there is problem with the advanced, project settings definition (not correct field name), allow creating items and show message what needs to be fixed in the definition;
• Filter by 'Date' Custom field [Within the last: X days] includes results for Tasks outside the filtered range;
• When default interface is SL and user open link for an item with legacy id the application cannot open the item;
• Portal Search: Dot(.) is not a word separator and search does not return results if multiple words are separated by dot;
• CSVs for exported items with decimal values (e.g.: 0.2) are not correct if the delimiter is a period (.);
• Creating a task template does not keep the tasks in order;
• TFS integration: accumulate time entered via comments instead of overwrite;
• Fix the issue with entering time with “.” or “,” when the decimal point on the server is the opposite.
