Exposes a page-view page as an accessible tab whose focused state follows the selected page.

Creates the accessibility object for a page and associates it with its page-view parent.

Parameters:ownerRadPageViewPage

The page represented by this object.

The accessibility object exposing the page.

The accessible name passed to the base control accessibility object.
