Creates an accessibility object for a check box and subscribes to its toggle-state changes.

Parameters:ownerRadCheckBox

The check box whose accessible state and action are exposed.

The name passed to the base accessible object.

Uses the accessible name as the control's description.

Overrides: Control.ControlAccessibleObject.Description

Gets the base accessible description followed by the check box text; setting it updates Name.
