Getting Started with KendoReact Scheduler

The KendoReact Scheduler component displays events in different views with built-in support for editing, timezones, and recurrence rules.

Due to the huge number of possible features that can be implemented in the Scheduler, the team is actively gathering feedback and will implement the most requested features according to the KendoReact Feedback Portal.

Installation

  1. Download and install the package. Use Node.js v5.0.0 or later.

    npm install --save @progress/kendo-react-scheduler @progress/kendo-react-intl @progress/kendo-react-popup @progress/kendo-react-dialogs @progress/kendo-react-dateinputs @progress/kendo-react-dropdowns @progress/kendo-react-inputs @progress/kendo-react-buttons @progress/kendo-date-math @progress/kendo-react-form
  2. Once installed, import the package module.

    // ES2015 module syntax
    import { Scheduler, DayView } from '@progress/kendo-react-scheduler';
    // CommonJS format
    const { Scheduler, DayView } = require('@progress/kendo-react-scheduler');
  3. You are required to install one of the KendoReact themes to style your components. For more information on how to add the styles, refer to the article on getting started.
