Prepares the FloatingToolBar for safe removal from the DOM. Detaches all event handlers, destroys the internally hosted ToolBar, Popup, and Draggable (when created), and removes jQuery.data attributes to avoid memory leaks.

Important: This method does not remove the widget element from the DOM.
