Indicates whether the event is readonly. Readonly events render and remain selectable, but edit and remove API and UI actions do not start, and move and resize interactions stop before their event chains. Therefore, edit, save, cancel, remove, moveStart, move, moveEnd, resizeStart, resize, and resizeEnd are unavailable for the readonly event. Scheduler-level add, change selection, and navigate behavior is not globally disabled.
