Adds milliseconds to a date.

setTime

Parameters:targetDateDate

The date to add the milliseconds to.

millisecondsToAddNumber

The milliseconds that will be added to the date.

ignoreDSTBoolean

A Boolean value that indicates whether the DST will be ignored. The default value is false.
