RemoveEvent

Arguments for the remove event. The remove event fires when an uploaded or selected file is about to be removed. If you cancel the event, the removal is prevented.

isDefaultPrevented
If the event is prevented by any of its subscribers, returns true.
Returns boolean true if the default action was prevented. Otherwise, returns false.

preventDefault
Prevents the default action for a specified event. In this way, the source component suppresses the built-in behavior that follows the event.
