ScrollView Animations Are Not Loaded in Internet Explorer and Microsoft Edge

Description

The animations of the Kendo UI for Angular ScrollView wouldn't load in the Internet Exploerer and Microsoft Edge browsers.

Cause

The ScrollView uses the Angular animation system which is built on top of the standard Web Animations API. Currently, the API of the Angular animation system is neither supported in Internet Explorer nor in Microsoft Edge.

Kendo UI for Angular no longer provides support for Internet Explorer since the end of 2022.

Solution

Use a polyfill such as Web Animations.
