Keyboard Navigation
The keyboard navigation of the FloatingActionButton is always available.
The FloatingActionButton supports the following keyboard shortcuts:
| Shortcut | Description |
|---|---|
Down Arrow | Focuses the previous dial item. |
Up Arrow | Focuses the next dial item. |
Home | Focuses the first dial item. |
End | Focuses the last dial item. |
Esc | Closes the popup and moves the focus to the button element. |
Tab | Moves the focus to the next focusable element on the page. |
Enter & Space | Triggers a click action on the button. When Dial items are provided - opens the popup and activates the highlighted dial item, or closes the popup. |
Alt+Down Arrow | Opens the popup and moves the focus to the first item. |
Alt+Up Arrow | Closes the popup and moves the focus back to the main button. |
