Getting Started with the Kendo UI for Angular File Saver

This article covers adding the File Saver package to your project and importing its functions.

Installing the Package

To add the Kendo UI File Saver package to your project, run the following command. The package has no external dependencies:

npm install --save @progress/kendo-file-saver

sh

yarn add @progress/kendo-file-saver

Importing Functions

File Saver uses named exports. Import only the functions you need:

import { saveAs, encodeBase64 } from '@progress/kendo-file-saver';
