Incomplete Date Validation

The Kendo UI for Angular DateTimePicker provides a built-in mechanism for handling incomplete dates.

By default, the incomplete date validation is disabled. To enable it, set the incompleteDateValidation property of the DateTimePicker to true.

The incomplete date validation gets activated when some, but not all, input segments contain a value—for example, 3/10/year. The logic behind the validation is to prevent the user from accidentally leaving a non-required field partially populated.

The incompleteDateValidation differs from the required one as it will not get activated when the value is completely empty—for example, month/day/year.
