I'm using a RadGridView (Q2 2013).
Users can play with this grid, create groups... filters ect..
I'm wondering if is it possible to export the grid in excel (XLSX) and keeping the final look.
Do you have some example? Or some link that I can look?

Generally, RadGridView itself does not offer such an export. Exporting to the 'xlsx' format is supported with RadSpreadSheet's XlsxFormatProvider. You have already found this blog post where you can find an example and additional details.
