Greetings.

I'm newbie, as 2nd day newbie.. never used .net, nor tools like this...

I developed a demo for trying to engage Company Director and purchase tools...

after little strugle, it worked..   My system is built with openedge 11.6.3.

When I run the windows desktop application (client networking, prowin32.exe) (client-server and few appserver apps) on Director's windows 10 pc,

Got error about:  "telerik.winforms.radchart" not installed and stuff....  I installed several products from telrik.com, but I bet they are for developing time, not runtime..

Is anybody able to guide me on this task?

Thanks in advance....

Greetings from Mexico.

Sorry... I transcribed wrong message....

correct message is

System.IO.FileNotFoundException:  (can't load... )'Telerik.WinControls.ChartView, Version2016.608.40, Culture=neutral, PulibcKeyToken...

The text between parenthesis, is text I traduced from the spanish message I got...

Hello Jorge,

Thank you for writing.

When you are executing on a separate machine you need to copy (redistribute) the assemblies as well. A complete list of the required assemblies is available here: Redistributing Telerik UI for WinForms.

I hope this will be useful. Let me know if you have additional questions.

Thanks for answering....  (Never imagined it would be this way (easy))

Just a question... In my situation, where should I put the three DLL required?

Somewhere on the PROPATH?,  somewhere on windows'  PATH?   on SYSTEM?  SYSTEM32?

TIA

Jorge Olguin

Hi Jorge,

The assemblies should be in the same directory as the .exe file.
