but on Win Forms. I want the same effect on the DataGridView rows. i.e vertical scrolling automatically.
can i do this using Telerik WinForms Controls? if yes, how?

Hello Faraz,
We have a Rotator control, but it supports just a single frame in the visible area currently. You can nevertheless customize each frame by inserting RadItemsContainer objects (each one representing a single frame), and then customizing each one by adding items inside. We are not sure that you will be able to get the exact same result, but you can try this approach.
