We've purchased a single developer license of "r.a.d.controls for asp.net" with subscription in sep 2006.
"Until March winforms suite ships free with r.a.d.controls for ASP.NET"
Does this mean that we can avail a single license for winforms as well or is this offer valid for new purchases only?

Yes, Mukunda, it does. However we will prefer to discuss all license information privately in the support system, rather in the public Forums.
I will ask you to start a new support ticket from the account which holds the purchase, so that we can review its standing and add the WinForms controls to your account.
