How can I combine two datafields in 1 column in winforms. I am trying to display FirstName and LastName in 1 column.

As I mentioned in the support ticket you have opened, you can use the RadGridView's Expressions feature. It is demonstrated in our Quick Start Framework application, section RadGridView >> Expressions.
