Is it possible to restrict the bounds of a window to a container? This feature is supported by the ASP.NET Ajax control through the RestrictionZoneID property but I cannot see anything referenced in the documentation.
Thanks

Hello Oliver,

This feature is currently not supported in Kendo UI. You can suggest it on uservoice.

I've posted this on uservoice. I'm actually pretty desperate for this.
Are there any work-arounds?
I have a toolbar at the top of my page that I need to have on top and visible at all times. If I set the z-index to something higher than the windows, it's on top, but windows can be dragged or maximized behind it. I need to restrict the windows to a workspace area.
Any ideas?

Hello Oliver,

You can attach event handlers to the available window events and modify the window behavior accordingly.

There's no event for maximize????

When maximizing, minimizing, and resizing the window, the resize event is triggered -- as seen in the window events demo.

Thanks Alex. I was only looking in the documentation which doesn't explicitly mention that.
I have a usable work-around in place now though. Thanks.
