we have a licensed version of RadControls for WinForms 2009.2.9.729

Currently we have an Client Server application using telerik controls that is built and deployed using the standard setup project within VS2005, this all works grand when installed on XP operating system.

but the application wont run on Win Server 2003. the app wont run any forms that contain telerik controls, and just wondering is it not possible to run on Win Server 2003?

also, what about Vista

Many thanks.

Hello Neill Murphy,

There are numerous customers running their applications on Windows Vista and some on Windows Server 2003. We as well support Windows Server 2000/2008 and the upcoming Windows 7. Here is the full list of supported platforms.

We are not aware of any similar issue and we need more information to help you with that. Is there any exception or error message that you receive? Is the problem related to the installer of your application or to the application itself? You can send us your application in a support ticket and we will check what is wrong. I am looking forward to helping you further with that.

All the best,
Nick
