Why would pressing F12 put my Kendo Grid into edit mode on the selected row?

Hi Jerry,

I have tried to put the grid into editing mode using the "F12" function key, but to no avail. Could you please check the screen cast that I made and let me know what I am missing?

Can you reproduce this behaviour with our on line demos or it happens just in your project? If that is the case, I would like to ask you to send us a small but runnable project or an url where we can reproduce the issue. Thus way we would be able to investigate the case in details and provide you with a solution if such is possible of course.

Thank you in advance for your cooperation.

This JSFiddle you provided re: my separate support ticket exhibits the behavior:
http://jsfiddle.net/valchev/s7ZCV/15/

Click the row to get into edit mode.
Press Esc to exit edit mode.
Press F12 and it's back in edit mode.

Hi Jerry,

I have already replied to your support ticket on the same subject. For convenience I am pasting my reply here too, so the other users who experience the same problem can read it.

I was able to reproduce the issue and can confirm that this is a bug - the expected behaviour is to put the row into edit mode with F2 key. I forwarded the problem to the developer team and the fix will be available in the next internal build.

I can confirm that the latest internal build (605) does indeed correct the issue.

Thanks!
