Hello, Steve,

By default, the editor in RadPropertyGrid shows two decimal places. That is why the value gets rounded when entering edit mode.

We already have a similar issue logged in our feedback portal. You can track its progress, subscribe for status changes and add your comments on the following link: https://feedback.telerik.com/winforms/1369727-fix-radpropertygrid-propertygridspineditor-automatically-rounds-decimal-values-to-2-decimal-places-no-matter-the-basespineditorelement-decimalplaces-property

Feel free to use the suggested workaround. In case you need to convert the code to C#, the free online Telerik Code Converter is quite useful about it: https://converter.telerik.com/

I hope this information helps. If you need any further assistance please don't hesitate to contact me.
