Hello arman,
I suppose that you are referring to the ViewCellFormatting event of the UI for Winforms RadGridView. There isn't such an event in the UI for WPF RadGridView.
That said, you can take a look at the Data Formatting article in our documentation to see how you can format the displayed data.
