Where is ManageBookmarksDialog?

In the documentation a ManageBookmarksDialog of RadRichTextBox is mentioned. Where can I find this dialog?

The desired dialog can be opened by using the ShowManageBookmarksDialog method of RadRichTextBox:

radRichTextBox1.ShowManageBookmarksDialog();
