Hi,

I got an email from Kendo because there was a new reply posted to my topic - http://www.kendoui.com/forums/dataviz/beta/documentation-for-q2-beta.aspx, but I can't find it anymore. It was in the 'Beta' forum, but it seems to be moved completely. Can you put it back?

Best regards,
Jacob Ras.

Hello Jacob,

Our BETA forums are only visible during the period we have BETA version available. After our official release, they are hidden from the administration.

However, you are still able open the desired forum by navigating to Your Account and checking the section ‘Tracking Forum Posts’.

Kind regards,

Hi,

Yes, it seems that the forum cannot be accessed, when the category become hidden from the administration. We will consider this behavior with our Support Directors in order to decide what is the expected bahavior in such cases.

Meanwhile, you should be able to open the thread under the section 'Your Support Tickets'.

Please, excuse us for the inconvenience caused.
