Thank you for writing.

Currently, we have an issue causing such behavior. It is already logged in our feedback portal. Feel free to add your vote/comment to it here: FIX. RadRibbonForm prevents the Windows taskbar to show when taskbar AutoHide is on.

Unfortunately, for the time being, I am not able to offer a workaround for it. Please excuse us for the introduced inconvenience.
