Hi Eugene,

Thank you for contacting us.

The RadChart is our old charting component which has many known issues and limitations. This is why we created the new RadChartView. We encourage you to use RadChartView instead of the old chart. The new components have better implementation and improved performance. Furthermore, they are very flexible and easy to set. You can read more about the difference between the charts in RadChart vs. RadChartView help article in our documentation. Compared to RadChart, RadChartView doesn't support 3D visualization, hierarchical data and sorting/filtering (which could be performed in the view model).

In addition you can take a look a the ChartView demos and SDK examples.

If you have any other questions, regarding Telerik UI for WPF suite, please don't hesitate to contact us again.
