I understand the Grid Lines and snapping to Grids, but I haven't found an explanation for a Snap Line and snapping to Snap Lines. Can give me an explanation or point me to a page or video that can?

Hi Raymond,
In Report Designers, snapping and the snap grid provides you with a set of horizontal and vertical gridlines that will snap or pull towards the closest vertical or horizontal gridlines when you drag an object on the design surface. Objects can also snap to column and row dividers within a grid panel.
Additionally, snaplines allow you to drag objects on the design surface and have them snap to the margins or alignment (red dashed line) of other objects within the same container element such as a layout panel, column and row dividers in a grid panel, as well as the padding of the container element.
You can also check this help article for more detailed information and screenshots.
