Hello, i was trying to implement the designer in a NETCore 3.1 application but the examples in the code and in the site documentation only points to NETCore 2.1

When i try to change the example to NETCore 3.1 i have a lot of errors.

Is there anyway you can point me in the direction of how to achieve this? Thank you

Hi Rui and Jeffry,

We are aware of this issue and it will be fixed in one of the upcoming releases. The workaround is to use our .NET Standard DLLs which can be found at C:\Program Files (x86)\Progress\Telerik Reporting <Version>\Bin\netstandard2.0.

Hello.

I have tried this approach but get a lot of errors when using the desginer. A print screen is sent in attachment.

If you can point me out it would be appreciated. This errors happen when using the dlls from netStandard as sugested in previous response.

Thank you

Hi Rui Silva,

I prepared a sample .NET Core 3.1 application with the Web Report Designer referred from the .NET Standard DLL. Check the attached file.

In the code provided look at the errors for example trying to edit aSqlDataSource in the designer.

Or by example, when trying to add a Graph object

Hello,

The issue is logged and a fix is planned for the next internal build. Here is the public item to follow. Once the fix is available we will change the item status to Done.
