I would just like to say that I am dissapointed that the Telerik Reporting 101 Webinar was canceled.  I had reserved time out of my day to attend, and received nothing but a terse cancellation notice minutes before the webinar was to have started.  I feel you have wasted my time and provided neither the courtesy of an explanation nor a timely notification that the event was to be canceled.

I hope this is not the way you conduct webinars in the future.  This is definitely a case where Telerik did not "Deliver more than expected".

Hi Joseph,

I cannot express how sorry I am for this. To our regret, we had to cancel the webinar due to unforeseen problems, and we were not able to find a replacement speaker in time. We sent out a cancellation note a couple of hours before the start of the webinar, which seems to have not reached you. I am pasting the email here, so that other users can review it:

Dear registrant,

We are sorry to inform you that due to health problems, the presenter Kevin Babcock had to cancel the Free Webinar: Telerik Reporting 101, scheduled for 11am EST this Thursday.

The webinar will be rescheduled for next Tuesday, February 3, at 11am EST. You will get a confirmation for the exact date and time and will be invited to register again. We apologize for the inconvenience and the last minute notification!

This is a first for us, but we will make sure it never happens again. The webinar will be held next week, and all people who have signed up for the session will receive additional information. The webinar will also be recorded and provided on our site, free of charge, for all of you who are not able to attend next week.
