Are there any plans to add a web based designer in the future? Something that would allow end users to edit / create reports via a browser.

Hi David Cowan,
We currently don’t have a stand-alone/end user report designer. However this is in our TODO list of features and once we start working on it, the Reporting RoadMap would be updated accordingly.
You might consider reviewing the following forum thread and post your opinion in it as it seems that we have formed a small discussion there and would like to keep everyone's opinion about the end-user designer in one place.
