Hello Laurent,
I wasn't able to reproduce the problem. I am attaching a simple project. Can you, please check it out and let me know if we are doing something different? It would be great if you can send a simple project, screenshot or a video so it would be easier to reproduce the issue.

I think it was misunderstood, I do not speak the text of RadWatermark, but the WatermarkContent.

We have introduced the new property WatermarkBehavior in the 2012 Q3 SP release and seems like you need the "HideOnTextEntered" option. All values of this enum property are:
